COMMENTS

There were no changes to the trustees during the year, but Keith Noakes (Clerk to the Trustees) had to resign as he has moved out of the area and Nicholas Hall has been appointed in his place.

It has taken some time, and much patience, to change the bank mandate and to register changes with the Charities Commission and BlackRock (investment fund managers) but all these amendments are now in place.

At 31 December 2022 the Charity held the following assets: -

Agricultural Land (approx. 43 acres) – no market value is currently available
Cash at Bank            £  18,295
Investments (at market value)      £155,060

The Charity is well placed to consider applications for grants to support local community groups or activities.  Requests should initially be addressed to: -

Nicholas Hall (Clerk to the Trustees)
nick@humphreyshall.com

or to    6 Station Road, Morton PE10 0NN

MATTERS ARISING:

OTHER BUSINESS:

There being no further respective business the meeting closed at 7.*** pm.
